Yes, maximum 16 IPs. Price per IP — 99 rubles.

Additional IPs are not available on DE-E0 and MSK-E0 plans
Activation & Timing
How long does server activation take?
Under normal conditions — from 120 seconds to 900 seconds (15 minutes).
If the server is not provisioned within this time, it means there is no space at this location and/or pricing tier. In this case, delays can last up to 3 days.

Are there bulk discounts?
No. Discounts are currently only available for 3, 6, or 12 month payments.
